For almost 5,000 years people have used candles to provide necessary light to their life. Since 1879, when the light bulb was introduced, candles have been predominantly used as decorative sources of light. Many places, however, still do not have electricity and so for every candle sold Sola Maison will donate a percent of profits to bring new light to a place that doesn’t easily have it. Through our donation to Solar Aid we are excited to contribute to bringing light to much needed daily life.
